"My husband and I were with state farm basically since we were married in 2018. My husband was with them even longer that that because he had them even before we were married and then we added myself to his policy. In 2022 my husband was at a stoplight and got hit by a women texting. Literally at a stop light and they put it on our record as a " no fault accident' because a women texting wrecked our car. In 2023 my husband was driving to view his mom after she passed away and a animal ran out in front of him and ruined his bumper. And because of these two things that we were victims of and had to file claims Mr. Hansen dropped our auto policies because we were considered " high risk" because we used our insurance. He then raised our home insurance $600.00 because we didnt qualify for multi-policy discount anymore.... And honestly I am just disgusted by this company. Being loyal to them means nothing to them. Paying on time means nothing. If u get hit you will be dropped if you file a claim! If you have state farm. At least with Mr. Hansen.... if you have to use your insurance you will be dropped because you are only supposed to pay them and look at the coverage not actually use it!"

"I have been with this agency for over a decade. I've started a business and have a full bundled package with everything and they've met or beat pricing on anyone I throw their way. My main point of this review is to let everyone know how personal they are in getting to know you and how they do indeed LISTEN! With insurance I have policy demands of audits to update information and was on the phone going through that and the how has things been conversation. I spent maybe 2 minutes on that in which I informed Brittany that I was getting married on upcoming weekend. She congratulated us and we moved on to the next thing. The day of the wedding we came home and had a card from state farm that arrived the day of with everyone inside that office with sweet notes of happiness! So many other things I can say when they help me with business COI for my business and other but getting that card let me know that I am not just a number to them, I am a person with a name. This is a hands down wonderful team that cares for their clients. They call sometimes just to make sure everything is OK and if I need anything.
