"Absolutely I would love to just give a shout out to Mansour Hassan's State farm insurance location in Farragut Tennessee. Mansour , is an associate of the owner and the CFO of Beaty Chevrolet where I am an employee. This is how I was referred to this office. Mansour is an absolute professional. Again I Just want to give a shout out to two of the staff members. Miss Gail is absolutely so polite and she so awesome but I really want to give a special shout out to Brittany Theobald with her caring her concern, truly a business woman, but very compassionate towards my needs and I'm sure others, this pertains to the entire office, but especially these individuals and we are fortunate to have them in our Community in Farragut Tennessee. "I have been with this agency for over a decade. I've started a business and have a full bundled package with everything and they've met or beat pricing on anyone I throw their way. My main point of this review is to let everyone know how personal they are in getting to know you and how they do indeed LISTEN! With insurance I have policy demands of audits to update information and was on the phone going through that and the how has things been conversation. I spent maybe 2 minutes on that in which I informed Brittany that I was getting married on upcoming weekend. She congratulated us and we moved on to the next thing. The day of the wedding we came home and had a card from state farm that arrived the day of with everyone inside that office with sweet notes of happiness! So many other things I can say when they help me with business COI for my business and other but getting that card let me know that I am not just a number to them, I am a person with a name. This is a hands down wonderful team that cares for their clients. They call sometimes just to make sure everything is OK and if I need anything. Thank you Mansour Hassan and team for your kind words and being who you are, it doesn't go unnoticed!"

"Raised my auto insurance 33% without any notice or reason. Zero claims. Untrustworthy and refused to pick up the phone or call me back. Brittany in particular is extremely patronizing and unprofessional who will text you maybe after refusing to speak on phone. Avoid at all cost."
